Joule Energy repaired the Rotor and Diaphragm sets, which had become worn and inoperable in geothermal operating conditions.

The necessary surfaces on the rotor were welded and then machining was completed. After the replacement of all sealing strips, the deflection process was carried out. Finally, it was done High Speed Balancing and delivered to the customer in a prezervation.

Weld filling was applied to the worn areas of the diaphragms and blade roots. Worn mating surfaces were filled and machined precisely. After the replacement of all sealing strips, deliveries to the customer were completed in a protected manner.
